Kelly Martin was appointed as AMHIC’s Executive Director in January 2025 and provides leadership and direction for the company’s operations, finances, marketing, networking, service delivery, and constituent relations.
He has more than 25 years of experience in non-profit management and comes to AMHIC from the Arthritis Foundation, where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations and managed the Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Shared Services and Customer Helpline functions in addition to staff leadership of the Audit and Investment Committees. Prior to that, he had progressively increasing leadership roles in member benefits management, including the development of employee benefit and other insurance membership programs at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization, the American Association for Justice, the National Federation of Independent Business and the American International Automobile Dealers Association. Kelly started his non-profit career at the American National Red Cross with roles in Human Resources, Quality Assurance and Information Technology departments. In addition to his non-profit experience, Kelly started his career in the for profit sector in Project Management in the Federal Contracting and Telecommunications sectors. He has a degree in Finance from the University of Cincinnati where he also participated in its Professional Practice (co-op) program.
