Our Mission

AMHIC’s mission is to provide high quality benefits and services to employees of nonprofit organizations headquartered in Washington, D.C. supporting their membership in the areas of education, research, and public service.

Who We Are

We are an employee benefits and purchasing consortium serving the Washington, D.C. nonprofit community since 1990. We provide comprehensive benefits and other services to over 55 nonprofit organizations with over 1,700 employees enrolled. We are unique in that we are owned, organized, and managed by our member organizations.
